What are your delivery and shipping options?
We offer several delivery methods including Standard Shipping for smaller items, and In-Home Delivery for large furniture pieces. Our White Glove service includes assembly and packaging removal for a seamless setup.
What is your return policy for furniture and decor?
Non-furniture items can be returned within 90 days with a valid receipt. Stock furniture must be returned within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom 'Made to Order' items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also monitor your order status by visiting the 'Track Order' page on our website and entering your order number and zip code.
Do you offer interior design services?
Yes, our 'Design Pro' services offer free professional advice. Whether you need help with a single room or a full home makeover, our designers are available for in-store, virtual, or in-home consultations.
How do I care for my wood and upholstered furniture?
To maintain the quality of your furniture, we recommend using coasters, avoiding direct sunlight, and dusting regularly with a soft cloth. For upholstery, professional cleaning is recommended for deep stains, while regular vacuuming helps prevent soil buildup.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. We offer Free Curbside Pickup at most of our locations. Simply select the 'Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you via email when your items are ready for collection.
