Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location; for large furniture pieces, contact our concierge to schedule a professional home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our distribution center inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
