Made by a French baker in 1965, the Silpat non-stick oven mat frees your baking from parchment sheets and greasy coatings. Made with food-grade silicone and reinforced fiberglass mesh, the mat cooks evenly, releases and creates healthier foods without the need for greasing cookware with butter or oil.
